On March 23, 2018, hosted by APCA (Asia Pacific Cloud Application Alliance) and INVOTECH (Hong Kong), undertaken by Cyberport , co-hosted by Microsoft, Ideation, Asia Pacific Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence Innovation Application Research Institute, Asia-Pacific Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence Application and Technology Symposium officially kicked off at Hong Kong Cyberport. During the symposium, Mr. Alan Young, founder of Shanghai Branch and Mr. Steve Lap Wai Hui, Director of Asia-Pacific Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence Innovation Application Research Institute, conducted the Signing Ceremony, which announced officially the establishment of Shanghai Branch of Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence Innovation Application Research Institute.
