September 2011 a library at NingCun Elementary School in Yunnan Province was established to the children as a present in the new semester ,the library was donated by Leo Band & Co. and with the hope to bring hope to the students.

On May 27th, Professor Fuping from intellectual property school of East China University Of Political Science and Law came to discuss the matters about establishing teaching practice base. The two sides reached a preliminary consensus that the university will regularly  to select outstanding undergraduates and graduates to Leo Band & Co., Leo Band & Co. will also provide law practice platform to bring up outstanding legal talents.

On Novermber 17th 2010,Professor Shou Bu of Shanghai Jiao Tong University presented the certificate of part-time professor to Mr.Alan Young. After that, Mr.Alan Young made legal profession’s career planning lecture for students.

On Nov.1st 2011,Mr. Yang Li and Ms. Zhang Dandan from Shanghai Jiao Tong University presented at the opening ceremony.Leo Band & Co.,acting as the practice base,will provide with law practice platform for top guaduates and post-guaduates from the School of Law.

On Feb 1 2010, Mr. Alan Young joined the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, acting as an intellectual property mentor in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, he will try to make positive contribution for International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Protection in Shanghai.

Dr. Francis Regan and the delegate from Australia Flinders University visit Shanghai, Mr. Alan Young acting as local government counsel shares practice and experience with them.
