In January 2013, Gan Shaoning- Deputy Director of State Intellectual Property Office, Gong Yalin- Director of Planning and Development Department of State Intellectual Property Office, Liu Jufang- Division Director of Planning and Development Department of State Intellectual Property Office, came to Shanghai to hold an important intellectual property conference.
