On October 3rd, 2016, the fifty-sixth WIPO General Assembly was held in Geneva, Switzerland. Mr. Francis Gurry, the Director General of WIPO, reported the organization’s outstanding achievements of the last year in IP and finance.
As one of the WIPO’s permanent observers, IIPCC representatives attended the meeting, reviewed the improvements IIPCC has obtained and took part in the discussion about future policy trends.
